Tips for this Meal:
- You can season the chicken with any Italian seasoning you'd like. We prefer Rosemary or an Italian Season mix that you can buy at your local grocery store.
- Bread crumbs are optional if you are watching the carbs but they definitely add to dish.
- Serve this chicken over white rice with the mushroom sauce on top. You could also cut the chicken up after done baking and serve over some kind of pasta.
- If you like a crunchy crisp crust, turn the oven to broil a couple minutes before the chicken is done baking and brown the top to your desired crispiness.
