Herb Crusted Baked Chicken w/ Mushroom Sauce

















Tips for this Meal:

  1. You can season the chicken with any Italian seasoning you'd like. We prefer Rosemary or an Italian Season mix that you can buy at your local grocery store.
  2. Bread crumbs are optional if you are watching the carbs but they definitely add to dish.
  3. Serve this chicken over white rice with the mushroom sauce on top. You could also cut the chicken up after done baking and serve over some kind of pasta.
  4. If you like a crunchy crisp crust, turn the oven to broil a couple minutes before the chicken is done baking and brown the top to your desired crispiness.
