This blog will serve as a culinary platform to share with mankind the genius that is found within the minds of one Lazy Man and one School Teacher. They are two bachelors in their 20's sharing a home together and have no money. The School Teacher makes dimes and nickels working for the school system but loses all of his hard earned money to "the man" and to the mortgage company since they own his newly purchased home. The Lazy Man is a professional college student with no job, but a strong passion for cooking and the creative mind to fuel that passion.
These two men, the School Teacher (Chance Witherspoon) and the Lazy Man (Josh Wesson), are on a journey together to create some of the best darn food they've ever ate and then in turn share with the world their creations. These two men are an unstoppable combination of genius and creativity. The Lazy Man is the School Teacher's wing-man when it comes to life and the School Teacher is the Lazy Man's wing-man in the kitchen. This combination makes these two men a force to be reckoned with. Their culinary experiments, the good and not so good, will be shared with you on this blog and together they will create what soon will be known as the Poor Boy's Cookbook.
