Tips for this meal:
- Drain the grease after you brown the meat. Don't think you can't forget because I did one time. Otherwise your tacos will end up tasting like hotdog chili.
- Onion, Bell Pepper, Sweet Red Pepper Seasoning, and a dash of fajitas seasoning really add a lot to some already good Old El Paso Taco seasoned meat. But all of these are optional. We use bottle form fajitas seasoning and McCormick Red Pepper seasoning.
- Cheese and Sour Cream definitely tops this meal off pretty good and make your salad a lot better.
- Try substituting chicken instead of beef if you don't like all the fatty hamburger. Use can chicken if you really want an easy way out.
